1. Introduction and Acceptance

3.5 Currency

All balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Currency conversion costs, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.4 Changes to Promotions

777bd9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The terms of any active bonus will not be altered to the detriment of a player once that bonus has been claimed, except where required by applicable law or where abuse is suspected.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.4 Malfunctions

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting 777bd9 support. Any genuine, unencumbered funds remaining in your account balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the completion of any outstanding wagering obligations.

10.2 Termination by 777bd9

777bd9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of this Agreement has occurred, including but not limited to: provision of false information, underage gambling, bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct as described in Section 5.3, or failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure or termination, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and any obligations that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

777bd9 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 777bd9 will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
